Cory Sebastian, co-owner and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sebastian’s Restaurant in Caledonia, grew up in Racine County. Sebastian had a hand in the restaurant industry since childhood, where she witnessed the camaraderie, compassion and support of the community. Sebastian returned to Racine after attending college and seeing the world with a deeper culinary passion.
